Summary: This tiny house has all the amenities of an upscale hotel room yet with unique and exquisite design and decor. A queen size bed with a super-comfy Tuft & Needle mattress will help you fall asleep fast. A full size shower and bathroom is snuggled into the back of the unit and has endless hot water! For your morning coffee a Keurig and K-cups are provided along with a microwave for heating up your popcorn in the evening. Climb up to the rooftop deck for stargazing or your morning coffee.
The Space: This unique home started as a 20' shipping container. Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap and trim it out in 100+ year-old barn wood. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space.
The Neighborhood: Great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco. 5 minutes off I-35 and 3 minutes from Cafe Homestead and Homestead Craft Village. Only 8 minutes from the Waco airport.
Getting Around: Parking is available right at the house. Uber is also fully available in the area.
Interaction with Guests: We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
The host was very kind & responsive. The actual facility was not so much. I am sure when it was 1st built (as pictured) it was amazing. The upkeep is lacking, the cleanliness was poor. We left a day early because we couldn't stay another night.
We stayed in a 20ft shipping container and it was amazing! Everything we could possibly need was provided. We will definitely recommend!!!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Was perfect for what we needed. Cute and well appointed. The location is just outside of town enough to make you feel like you’re in the country. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop while looking at the stars!
