We loved out stay at Grand Slam Ranch! It is in a beautiful setting, and the home and amenities are outstanding. We look forward to returning some time for another visit.
We had an excellent stay at the Longs cabin. All the furnishings are top notch and the large kitchen/island dinning room area is an excellent place to hang out. Will rent again!

Scenic Mountain Getaway Perfect for Families and Fly Fishing Enthusiasts
This VRBO was the ideal retreat for our group of three families (7 people total). The home offered plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, with breathtaking mountain views from nearly every angle. The close access to the river made it a dream spot for fly fishing, and the peaceful, picturesque surroundings created the perfect escape from everyday life. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to unwind and reconnect with nature. Highly recommend for families or groups seeking adventure and tranquility!

Beautiful
This house was absolutely beautiful. It was so accommodating and exceeded our expectations from the cleanliness to the layout of the house. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us for our stay it meant the world to spend our anniversary here with the beautiful views inside and out!
Words cannot describe this property. Absolutely beautiful and very friendly neighbors who are willing to help you find things to see. Beautiful waterfalls. Moose. Trails. Everything you can dream of in the Mountains. Already planning our next stay at this house! You will be missing out if you do not book this property.
From the minute we arrived we were greeted by the next door neighbor, Joe, who proved super helpful and kind. Upon touring the house and property we were blown away by the space. As we cooked, we found an incredibly stocked kitchen and didn’t lack for anything. The game closet was filled with every game imaginable. The beds were comfy and we can’t think of a thing this place was missing. We loved croquet and cornhole and the river. High ratings for Grand Slam Ranch!

Gorgeous mountain retreat
Our family had the most wonderful stay at this mountain retreat on the Boulder River. Our kids loved playing with rocks and sticks, grownups appreciated the plentiful chairs we could bring down to the river to watch the kids play while enjoying the gorgeous scenery. The house has everything you could need to alleviate concerns about being a bit of a drive to the nearest store. We also really appreciated that the bedrooms all had blackout shades, something that vacation rentals seem to rarely think of! We stayed 4 nights and wish we had more time. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful, offering to take us on adventures and show us around. I hope we'll be back someday.
We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful place! Ages ranged from 21 to 85 in our party and we all had a blast! The dirt road coming to the house gave us as many opportunities to see animals as our day in Yellowstone! My brother seen a cinnamon black bear, we all cruised the road to see moose, deer, and elk. It was a fantastic time to just relax and enjoy! It is a 2+ hour drive to Yellowstone NP but beautiful scenery the majority of the way.
The Grand Slam Ranch has everything you need to have a fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable, and stunningly beautiful! I loved listening to the river running by! The neighbors were so sweet as well. It had been really rainy while we were there so they let us use their access to the river. It was just so much fun!
I really hope to come back soon!!
Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
Let me just say if this is your first rental stay you are going to be so spoiled. We couldn’t have asked for anything except for maybe two-ply toilet paper. lol. The homeowners had every kind of cookware we needed, every spice you might want when cooking, plenty of towels, Blankets, seating and games in the game closet. I think every game out now that there is one in that closet. We wanted to trout fish but the river was down which was a bummer, but our 6 yr old grandson caught about five trout and that was from the pond in the back and from neighbor Joes pond and that was all that mattered. He was so happy. Joe also showed us a pretty easy way to have more river access without having to climb in/out so much. We would have loved to have been able to trout fish but we had a great time without it. There were about three deer in the back yard the first day but we saw tons of deer, elk and mule deer along the road going in and out of town. The first night in we even saw a mountain lion cross the road in front of us. My Grandson gave this location a 10 out of 10 and we all agreed. We would stay here again if we had the opportunity.

It's even better than the pictures. We absolutely loved this property and had a fantastic time. The house is incredibly well-stocked, and there's something for everyone. The property is beautiful, with lots of options for fishing. We'll have fantastic memories of this trip and hope to return again soon!
The pictures of this VRBO didn’t do it justice! It was by far THE most beautiful property we’ve stayed at in the U.S. Everyday we found a new park to explore at; fly fish, pan for gold, hike, and run our metal detectors.
Property was fully stocked, and we never needed anything. Beds were extremely comfortable. Stocked with tons of games, and a nice sized kitchen in the full finished base as well!
Needless to say, it was sad to pack up, and head back to reality.
Thank you,
The Belisle’s
It's difficult to get an understanding of rental houses and the surrounding area through pictures. This house and scenery did not disappoint. We couldn't have picked a better location and house for this getaway trip. We fished the river daily with success. Enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner on the deck while staring at Contact Mountain. The house had everything we needed. Great overall stay!
