This is an amazing 5 storey property with a wide view of the sea in the Joá district. The house was designed thinking about making every room in the house spacious, maximizing comfort and experience.

The house has a large covered parking with capacity for 6 cars. The living room is furnished with planned furniture and organized in order to provide a relaxed atmosphere with a privileged view of the sea. On the left side there is a dining table with capacity for 6 people. The equally well-equipped kitchen is perfect.

There are 5 large rooms and a beautiful suite with bathtub, all rooms are air conditioned, have TV and internet access.

The terrace of the house is composed of a large space for outdoor events, barbecue area, swimming pool and a panoramic infinite view of the neighborhood of São Conrado
