Relax overlooking the Aransas Bay or enjoy the pool and hot tub also overlooking the waterfront. Private pier for wonderful fishing and community beach area for wading, crabbing and bird watching. Step outside to walk or bike along famous "Water St" a picturesque one way street that meanders in front of the bar front & local charming coastal cottages.

Relaxing with coffee with an awesome view of the bay, strolling the private fishing pier, hiking the nearby Rockport beach, and enjoying great food and beverages at Rockport's restaurants! Wonderful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Property is in the perfect location. The condo looks straight out at the water and fishing pier and is right next to the pool/hot tub. The grounds were well kept and condo was clean.

Really cute decorated room with all the amenities I needed. Love the fresh color/décor. Right on the water, swimming pool and hot tub accessible. Very close to downtown shopping as well. I will go back to this property again.

Great Location

The room was clean. Fresh sheets and towels. The pier was literally right across the road. Only thing was parking in the rear of the building. I never met with any one on location which was good and bad, i guess. Overall we enjoyed the room and location.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed the ease of getting to and from the private pier and enjoyed fishing at any hour we wanted. Having access to ice was really great, too! The place was cozy and sweet and met our needs perfectly! We will be back! Thank you for the great communication, too. It was super easy to check in and everything was crystal clear!

Location was very nice and close to Rockport beach.

Had a very nice view of the water but we did have a little problem locking and reopening the front door. Management was very nice and did give us another code for the door. The place was clean but someone left some personal belongings in the last two drawers of the chest of drawers. The stay was pleasant and great views of the water from the condo. My husband and I still had a great time.

Great place

We had a great time. Everyone we met was very nice. We were there for a week. I messaged the owner because I only found 2 towels in the whole place. Sadly, I got no response. On day 5 of our trip I actually found 2 extra towels. Other than that, it was a great stay
