Located just a short drive from Fredericksburg and on over 60 acres, Casa Invitados offers serenity and solitude for the perfect, relaxing getaway. In the Casa, you'll find a separate bedroom and living room where you and your traveling partner can have even more privacy as well as room to move around. Features include:

- Large picture windows for watching wildlife coming in to the feeder up close
- Private observation deck with seating and binoculars where you get an elevated view of the grounds
- Private courtyard off living room and a private deck with pergola off of bedroom

Wonderful time!

Best rental we have ever had!

We have been going to Fredericksburg for 7 years and this has been our favorite place we have stayed. It was super nice and everything was well thought out. Bed was very comfy, TV had what we needed with smart apps and large size, a great view of the deer on the property (which itself was very nice) and close to Augusta vin, which is one of our favs and only a 15min drive to town. We plan to stay here again on the future trips we take! Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Best Getaway Ever

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and the cleanliness of the place was remarkable. We loved waking up to deer at the feeder. The drive into town was short but far enough where we felt like we were away from the crowd. Will definitely be back again!! 10/10

Spectacular!

Our stay at Casa Invitados was more than what we expected. It was perfect. The property was beautiful! The accommodations were impeccable and so comfortable. From relaxing on the observation deck at night gazing at the stars (binoculars included!) to watching the October 2023 eclipse from a perfect open spot on the property, add in abundant wildlife like deer and jack rabbits, it was everything and more. Local spots like climbing Enchanted Rock, exploring Wildseed, and music in Luckanbach, are only a few minutes and a short drive away. Another trip is already being planned and in the works!
