good stay although concierge was a big challenge. didn't give door code until a lot of chasing, and app didn't work well. but barn is great.

Naomi, glad the barn won you over, and that part of the stay sounds like exactly what the Hill Country is for. The door code situation is a fair call-out. Getting chased around for access information before a stay is a friction point that should not exist, and we have tightened the check-in communication flow so codes go out automatically well ahead of arrival. The app issues are also on our radar and a fix is in progress. Hope you will come back and let the arrival be as smooth as the rest of it.
