3 Bdm Palm Springs area home w/pool near Festivals

Our 3Bdr/2.5 Bath Indio home is located on one of the most unique and desirable properties in Indian Palms Country Club. It's central location within the complex and at the end of a cul-de-sac means minimal exposure to traffic ensuring safety for children and a very restful night's sleep. Being next to the golf fairway, our arbor covered side patio is the perfect place to meet new friends, entertain, view the activity on the pond nearby or just gaze at the sun as it slowly sets over the mountains to the west. This same view is also available from the gas fire pit area in the adjoining backyard, which is very private so you can fully enjoy the pool, spa and luxurious double sun loungers without having to worry about who's watching. The backyard privacy comes from having only one neighbouring property and being surrounded by lots of natural vegetation. This includes a large mesquite berm to the rear which is home to numerous song birds and hummingbirds. This combination makes an ideal setting for an evening spa under the stars or a morning swim and coffee.

The house itself is recently furnished and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay (i.e. Washer/Dryer, 65” TV, 2 regular fridges, a separate wine fridge, gas stove, BBQ, microwave, bedding, towels, kitchenware, cutlery, smoke & CO2 detectors, pool alarms, etc.).

Obviously we're somewhat biased but everyone who's ever been there agrees it's the perfect place for a very relaxing stay, while at the same time providing lots of amenities to keep you active and entertained. What more can you ask for in a vacation?

Place is Very Nice

The house is very clean and equipped with all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans needed. There is a pool and hot tub but if you want the water to be warm in the pool or hot in the hot tub there is an extra fee. The owner is very responsive however almost to a fault. There is a PDF sent in an email before we left of the house rules then there is a hard copy notebook in the house with explicit directions of what the owner would like done and how the house should be left when you leave. But all and all the house is very nice, there is pickleball/tennis available (if you make sure to contact the owner so he can give your names to the club ahead of time) and it’s in a gated community so very safe. Parking is on thedriveway which worked out fine.

Not quite sure what you're trying to to say with, "The owner is very responsive however almost to a fault"? If you're referring to me asking you to you notify us right away when you find an issue rather than simply leaving a note about something being broken when you leave, we feel that's totally justified so we don't think it was caused by the wrong party. If you're referring to our House Handbook, as explained up front, we prefer to make sure all renters are fully aware of the particulars of our home so there's no misunderstanding after the fact and it's there to serve and protect you as well as ourselves.

Great Indio Property

We really enjoyed our stay in Indio for the months of December 2024 and January 2025. The master bedroom was a good size with a king bed. The master bath was on the small side. There was a dresser and end tables plus closet space. The master bath has a shower only. There are two other bedrooms. The street side bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom. The second bathroom can also be accessed from the living area. It has a combo tub/shower. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well, although there was no garbage disposal. The living room area has a big sectional couch. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area in the sitting area overlooking the side yard with a view of the golf course. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The side patio was very spacious and had a view of a lake, golf course, and distant mountains. There is a large back patio area with a pool, hot tub, and firepit. We made use of the hot tub and pool since we paid for the heating of it. The garage was not available for our use but there was room for two cars in the small driveway. The washer and dryer are off the hallway to the third bedroom. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe.
