The Space:
This 1442 sq ft (134 sqm) 3rd-floor condo is perfect for a friends' getaway to Mexico’s Caribbean. Located in Paseo del Sol, inside the gated community of Playacar Phase 2, and features a gym onsite, community swimming pools with sun loungers, lush common areas & a tennis court right next door! The community is built like a 6K circuit path so you’ll often see morning joggers, bikers, and families with strollers and some pretty incredible views of Hard Rock's world-class golf course as you walk, jog, or stroll around. And for the beach fans, you’re 1.3 km |0.8 miles to the public access to Playacar Beach.

- Spacious & comfortable LIVING space with direct access to a PRIVATE TERRACE overlooking the pool with table and chairs for a nice sundown cocktail or morning coffee! Or go eat up on your private roof lounge!
- The BEST part is by far the PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE LOUNGE! It's a huge private BBQ, BAR & LOUNGE area with a JACUZZI and covered dining area. It's a fantastic way to spend a day at home or a good time after the beach!
- Fully-equipped KITCHEN with a BREAKFAST BAR and 4 bar stools and all the appliances & cookware needed to prepare meals at home.
- An lovely family-style glass DINING table to seat 6 for relaxing sit-down meals in comfort.
- 2 BEDROOMS and 2 big full BATHROOMS to accommodate 4 as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet & access to the private terrace.
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, access to the private terrace, a mini fridge and wet bar in the room! Like it’s own little apartment!
- WASHER & DRYER inside the condo, free to use. Wi-Fi for the remote worker and FREE PARKING on the premises.
- WI-FI, Smart TV w/satellite, parking, BBQ, jacuzzi, bed linens, beach and bath towels are all complimentary items during your stay.
Please note that until further notice, the TV in the guest's room (Bedroom2) is out of service.
The beautiful Paseo del Sol condos are located in the exclusive development called Playacar, just south of downtown and the community provides 24/7 gated security. Here you’ll find all-inclusive hotels, a significant number of residential properties, a small Mayan ruins site, the Hard Rock golf course, a convenience store and the Playacar Shopping Plaza nearby with restaurants, bars, jewelry/souvenir shops, ATMs, a McDonald’s and a Starbucks!
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private rooftop terrace during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the gated community of Playacar Phase 2 just south of downtown Playa and the famous 5th Avenue. Inside the development you’ll find:
- The Playacar Public Beach access 1.3 km |0.8 miles away (can walk there in 10-15 min)
- Convenience stores, shopping, eateries, cafes
- A 6K walk/jog/bike path around the community plus incredible golf course views
- Resorts, private residences, a beautiful stretch of beach, nature all around and attractions like an aviary & small Mayan ruins site
- Within walking distance of downtown

Getting Around:
The condo is about a 50-minute-to-one hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) (driving time varies based on time of day so it's best to check your mobile map app for accurate time.) It's best to prearrange airport transport. Let us know if you need help, we'd be happy to assist.
If you don’t feel like driving, taxis are always available in downtown Playa. Just be sure to take registered taxis only! Public bicycles are available to rent too via the BiciPlaya stands. Where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey.
There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby destinations or other Mexican states. One located at 5th Avenue and Av Benito Juarez and the other (alt station) at 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12.
If you are driving, just note that there are PARKING METERS IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN! There is one digital parking meter box per street, so you have to look for it. The meter hours of operation for the meters are Monday to Sunday 10 am to 10 pm for a maximum of 6 hours.

A daily allowance of 20 kW/day of electricity is included for short-term rentals. Additional consumption is charged at 3.85 MXN/kW. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
For long-term stays (21 nights or more) there is a fee of 50 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service.
There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note: home and bath essentials are limited. We supply you with a starter kit with items like toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, and some trash bags. Other items such as dish soap, sponge, cooking supplies, etc. must be purchased and brought on-site.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s Wi-Fi and laptop workspaces too. Great for the remote worker!
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
The place is self-check-in using the door keypad to enter. All the information you’ll need like the codes, entrance through the guarded gates, and check-in instructions will all be provided to you at least 24 hours before arrival.
