Plenty of space around the house, and no neighbours (only a horse riding school and a tennis club with open air tennis courts). So the place is really quiet. Our guests in the flat will enjoy a nice garden view and their own terrace, right on the garden, as the flat is on the ground floor. You will enjoy total privacy as he flat's entrance is separate from the main house entrance. You will acceed to the house through a 90 metre private drive, after passing through a wooden gate that opens with a code (no keys needed).

The surroundings
Right down our drive (3minutes) you are already in the « Bois de la Cambre » a large park, that gives you access to the « Forêt de Soignes », several hundred acres of old beech forest, a wonderful place for walking or biking.

Super safe and secure: Our property is fenced all around, and the access to the property is only possible through a wooden gate at the end of the alley. Ample space for parking your car safely, right next to the flat.

This place is deal for Nature lovers, who do not want to be disturbed by the noise of the city centre at night, or want to
avoid the risk of parking ( IF you are lucky to find a parking space) in the city centre (Costly and not safe).

food supermarket ( carrefour express) open late everyday except monday: 5 min on foot,

RESTAURANTS: italian, provencal, thai, japanese within 5-8 min on foot.

Important: this flat is strictly non smoking. We have to insist on this, because some guests pretended they did not smoke but in reality did. Uneasy and unpleasant situation for all...

Cheap and healthy: the city of Brussels provides bicycles at very cheap rates called "Villo" 5 min away.
