The Space:
The property is nestled within Northlake Village and within reach of Wanaka Township and Lake Wanaka. Well located beside the Northlake Reserve and close proximity to the Outlet Walking Track, Clutha River and Monkey Farm Café & Eatery.

The kids will surely love easy access to the reserve which includes an asphalt pump track, outdoor gym, basketball half-court, plaza area with a picnic pergola, BBQ, water fountain, multipurpose court marked for futsal and tennis and plenty of flat green space for informal sports.

This brand new holiday home offers natural flow from indoor to outdoor living and features a private fenced backyard. The ground level offers a sunny master bedroom with ensuite, kitchen/living area, a toilet and laundry space. A further three bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom are located on the upstairs level where you can enjoy ample views of the surrounding mountains.

With Monkey Farm just around the corner, you won't need to drive to town for coffee or afternoon drinks and nibbles! The playground attached to their outdoor area takes care of the kids and the delicious food and beverage menus take care of everyone else!

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Stay in Wanaka
We needed to book somewhere for our family of 6 at short notice, so were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely townhouse. We had a great time. My only suggestion would be to replace the 2 armchairs with a comfier option, so all of us could watch a movie… there was a rush for the comfy couch!

Loved our stay!
This accomodation was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and great little additions too. Loved that they had scooters and other equipment to use at the nearby park. It was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and we just loved our stay

A real value for money!
A clean, comfortable, well furnished property with modern conveniences, which fitted in well with our requirements for the five nights stay. It is deceptively spacious for its external appearance.

Great experience
This house suited us perfectly. It had everything we needed and more, great location close to town but far enough away to feel quiet and calm, and we especially appreciated being so close to the Reserve for the kids. Wanaka was great to visit - so much to do and see. Would visit and stay here again.
