About this property

Located on Campbell Road in the new Alpine Estate subdivision within easy walking distance to Après Bar and Food and Rubys Cinema and a 25 min walk (or 3-4 min drive) into the township. Cardrona and Treble Cone access roads are approx. 20 min drive.

1 bdrm with king bed, 1 bdrm queen bed, 1 bdrm with 2 king singles. Main bdrm has ensuite and smart TV. Good size kitchen/dining/living which includes a fully equipped kitchen, 8 seater dining table, breakfast bar with seating for four, comfy couches, flat screen TV, Vodafone TV, Stereo, Xbox and Wii and unlimited Wifi.

Outside includes a gas BBQ and outdoor table easily fitting 6 and great panoramic views. Heating is via heat pump in living, panel heaters in all bedrooms and underfloor heating in ensuite and main bathroom. Internal access to large single garage and washing machine/dryer.

Great Wanaka option

Beautiful house - very comfortable, warm, clean and spacious. Lovely views of the mountains. Really enjoyed our stay - will be keen to stay there again.

Wanaka Gem

This property has everything you would need for a family stay in the stunning Central Otago. Extremely warm house which was great as the temperature had started to drop outside.

Excellent Property

My family and I stayed in this property in early December for 10 days. The house is very comfortable and for those of us looking for some gentle exercise, an ideal walking distance from Lake Wanaka and the village centre. I was last in Wanaka some 25 years ago and while the residential area has grown significantly, it has retained its charm and of course the lovely scenery. Can’t wait for our next visit!
