It is so peaceful and friendly place. I prefer long term guests, semi-retired or retired people looking for the serenity and wild nature.
The speed is 20 km/ hour at the property and you will see many deer every day, friendly people walking and greeting you. Please greet the neighbors but do not come close to deer since Mam of "Bambi" can attack in order to protect the children.
You can drive to golf course next door, ski, enjoy wineries and many water sports.
