Located on the 12th floor at Estero Beach and Tennis Club, this condo boasts a beautiful view of both the beach and the back bay! Take in the views out on the balcony while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening cup of wine. Enjoy a king size bed, full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combo, and living area with smart TV. The complex features an outdoor pool, tennis courts and beach access. Located near restaurants and CVS.

**Pool is available for guest use. Guests understand there are no lifeguards on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.

As owners of a condo on the beach (that is being rebuilt) we wanted to stay on the island was the main reason we picked this condo. But we are sad to share our experience... The bed was not comfortable at all very inexpensive sheets that would not even stay on the bed. (this kept us up all night) The couch was the most uncomfortable couch (futon) we have ever had in a room and we have stayed on FMB a lot over the last 10 years. The furniture was not good all around that we even left 3 days early due to not being able to get comfortable and be able to relax. We felt for the cost of the room weekly we expected to have better comfortable/relaxing furniture that didn't make me feel like I was in a college dorm room. I would highly recommend that the owners invest in good quality finishes if they want to keep getting top dollar rates. A new couch/adult-size chair (not just for looks) and outdoor furniture (table/chairs) would be a huge plus for this unit.

Great get away

This was a great get away for my daughter and me. Great location, clean, pool. Close to all very good restaurants but could also jump on the trolly fir a couple more.

Clean, convenient to beach and dining and very relaxing atmosphere! Was disappointed with lack of live TV or other available tv options

Nice place but....

Door lock sucked. It was digital but was not user friendly. No one mentioned getting a parking pass. Place was well equipped but some of the amenities were not listed in the add. Blender, hair drier, etc were not listed unlike Condo’s that I’ve rented in Alabama and Mississippi for example
