It was a great location in perfect for our family. It was as described. Super clean and the beds were very comfy! Robin was also very responsive which was appreciated
Beautifully updated, very clean and a great location. We would stay here again! We’ve rented other condo’s in this complex and this is now our favourite.
We stayed at this property for the second year in a row- we loved it just as much the second time! We were delighted to see that they had upgraded the kitchen in a beautiful way, as well as the closets. We ran into some challenges due to my own booking error on the first day and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We look forward to staying again next year!
Great location. My kids and I loved riding the gondola as our mode of transportation ! The unit itself is very tastefully decorated! The beds were super comfy too!! Overall, would stay here again.
The attention to detail by the owners is excellent! They have more utensils, condiments, spices, cookware, etc. than we have ever seen. They are excellent hosts and the condo is very well kept. It was very comfortable for our family of 6.
Overall my group was satisfied with our stay. The positive features were the ease of check in, parkade was easy to use, and the unit was close to the hill. Also appreciated that shampoo and body wash were supplied, and that the kitchen was nice and renovated recently. Lots of dishes supplied which was appreciated to make meals with. The negative aspects were that the coffee maker leaked water all over the counter every time we tried to use it. Also the spare blanket in the bedroom with two beds has a yellow stain that looked like pee on it. The overall cleanliness factor was not there - the en suite bathroom had a brown stain on the light switch for example. Pepper shaker was empty. Also one of the dishes when we checked in still had food residue on it so we weren’t confident the dishes were all clean. Overall for the price it was satisfactory.
We had a great time. The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, all the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had liquid soap and shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels, lots of space for everything. The gondolla was located almost outside the door of the unit, which made it very easy to get to the mountain to ski. The only thing i would have liked was in house washer and dryer, however we were there for a short time and didnt need to wash clothes, and there were coin operated machines in the building. Overall this was a great place!!!
We recently stayed here for a snowboarding vacation at Panorama. The condo was amazing, within the first day my husband stated that he wanted to return next time. Everything was clean and tidy. The large sectional fit our family of four after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was amazing with updated appliances. They had all the cooking utensils I would have needed, but I did bring my own chefs knife and I would again, just because the knives there weren’t as sharp as I prefer. There was limited space for dry storage, but we managed to tuck everything away somewhere.
The entrance was nice and roomy, but we learned to take our snowboarding boots off in the hallway before entering. Our boards stayed in the parking garage in the two available lockers, which fit all four of our boards with no trouble.
We were probably as close to the Village Gondola as you can get, which was amazing. You can access the General Store without even leaving the apartment building which was also a great feature.
The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance, and isn’t the fault of the condo owner at all, was that the walls and floors are quite thin and noise travels. There were guests down the hall staying with a German Shephard and the kids ran him down the hall every evening. There was a small dog or two elsewhere in the building that we could hear barking. Also, you can hear voices from the street inside the unit. However, it seemed everyone was quite considerate as all noise ended at 9pm.
We had a wonderful time staying at Robin’s condo. All communication was clear and prompt, the whole place was well stocked and you can’t beat the location. We would return in a heartbeat
Comfortable suite accommodating family of 5. All amenities were provided. Host communicated promptly. Would have liked cable with bedroom tv. Highly recommend this property.
This was a great place to stay! We all loved it and had so much room. The beds were comfy and the kids loved all the DVD’s! Wound definitely stay here again.
Great 10 days. A bit of maintenance required but didn’t negatively impact our trip. Robin was responsive and helpful. location right next to gondola was perfect with little ones. Great time by all
Very nice and clean condo. Owners were very approachable and easy to deal with. Location is at the bottom of the village gondola - easily accessible. Would rent here again!
