PARKING You will have access to the first-come-first-serve underground parkade for the duration of your stay. If your vehicle is oversized or full, there is a parking lot available at the Conference Centre down the road.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Proximity to the ski hill is great. We really enjoyed the hot pools and sauna. My only complaint is that the unit stays quite hot even when you turn the thermostat down. I don't sleep well when I am hot, and it is a bit overwhelming getting in and out of ski gear in the heat. Overall it is a fantastic spot.
Such a great place for our family of two adults and two children. The twin beds in the one bedroom worked perfectly for us. Great location to the ski lift, hot pools, candy store and skating rink.
My son and I with friends stayed in this unit for a free ride competition. It was very clean and pretty easy to access. It was fully stock with the basics you would need to stay and cook. Written information, about the unit as well as trail maps and other amenities available in the resort would’ve been helpful.We had trouble opening up the sofa bed, however, the property management team was really great at communicating to us how to open it.
