Nestled in the highly sought-after Akiskinook community, this condo features two south-facing decks and a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy the great outdoors year-round. Bask in the sunshine on the private beach. Challenge each other to a game on the tennis, pickleball, basketball and squash courts. Get your sweat on in the gym or at the indoor pool, then melt any aches away into the hot tub.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Each bathroom with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

LAUNDRY

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.



PARKING

You will have access to a dedicated parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the main parking lot if needed. All visitors are required to place a parking pass on their vehicles for the duration of their stay.



CONSUMABLES

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Akiskinook is a charming private lakefront community located on the “warm side of the Rockies” on the shores south of Invermere, British Columbia. The 156 units perched high on the banks overlook the lake and the ancient Purcell Mountains. Lakeshore facilities include a 125-slip marina, storage for paddling vessels and a private beach. Owners and their guests can meet and play in the Recreation Centre which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, multi-purpose court, recreation area (with wifi) and a meeting room.





To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
