About this property

Lakefront townhome with outstanding mountain, and lake views and private deck

Lakefront in the mountains with outstanding views. It is a pleasant walk to downtown, shopping, restaurants, pubs, spas, Kinsmen Beach, tennis courts and, of course, your private beachfront in a small exclusive townhouse complex with a rooftop deck, a choice to hang out on the lawn or sandy beach.

There is a boat launch adjacent to the property. This property is self-contained, so there are no common hallways. New combed sand is added every spring for your children to play in. ( no pets are allowed on the beach). We provide High-speed internet and an Apple smart TV. Air conditioning was added in spring 2023. The kitchen was renovated in fall 2023. Bayshore condo is a lovely resort-like small complex in the established residential area of Invermere. There are tennis courts, and we supply rackets, floatation devices, and two bikes suitable for teens or small adults. Storage for your bike is available.

It is on the lake in gorgeous Invermere, in the Rockies, B.C. It is just a 3-hour pleasant drive from Calgary or about 1.5 hours from Banff. Twenty minutes to Panorama Ski Hill, 15 minutes to Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs, Legacy Trail is a 20 + km designated Bike trail through the forest 5 minutes from the door that goes all the way to Fairmont. E-bike rentals and bike storage are available.

Enjoy the beachfront lawn, sand, swimming, diving platform, and clean mountain water. Or, if you prefer, lounge on the PRIVATE rooftop deck with stunning panoramic mountain and lake views.

Downtown Invermere is a short walk where you will find quaint, friendly shops, spas, a gym and Yoga classes with drop-in rates. Detox from the city and busy life here. You can park your car and not drive for a week!

The owner takes pride in every detail. The bedding is luxurious, and the art and Western rustic décor is aimed at helping you relax and get in the zone of the laid-back lifestyle of this quaint, small town. The kitchen was renovated in winter 2023 pictures to follow.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a full dining room table with seating for six and five beds. The layout is the living room, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and two decks. Watch the west sunset in the mountains as you BBQ on the west deck. This is a truly unique, friendly, peaceful place.

Check out spring and winter with affordable off-season weekly and monthly rates! (booked for the next three years from mid-January to mid-April) All seasons have breathtaking nature and are extremely quiet and peaceful.

Please note there are stairs in this property both inside the 2-storey condo and to the lake.

The unit had everything we needed and it was well stocked. Its a very short walk to downtown. Its a great location for summer because its right on the beach. The AC setup keeps the place nice and cool in summer. The roof top patio offers a great place to lounge.The owners/managers are quick to respond.Be comfortable with stairs. The unit’s lighting can likely feel a bit dark in winter. We stayed there in the summer and would stay there again.

Awesome views of the lake. Really nice private beach front that was great for our kids as it had a diving platform and kayaks were available.Townhome was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything you needed. All electronics, appliances, etc. worked.Would stay again for sure.

The weather outside was frightful but the accommodations were so delightful. But seriously got caught in 2 days of rain, but accommodations were great. Was able to play some tennis in a mild rain and vehicle was able to be hept out of rain.If was a great place for oud stay

Our family of 4 (2 children and 2 parents) had a really nice time here. The property is very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the tennis court and the basketball net. As well as the private beach area. It’s within walking distance to many great shops, especially the Invermere Bakery and Valley Foods. Carole (the owner) and her daughter (Cassandra) helped us promptly through texts anytime we had a question. They were both very lovely to interact with. We would stay here again.

Great property for a beach vacation. Walking distance into town is a bonus. There’s a lot of stairs inside the condo and down to the beach, worth it though. There’s only a/c in one of the bedrooms, it got quite hot in the second bedroom for sleeping. Carol was a good host

Beautiful views chasing the sun

Carole was welcoming and accommodating. Her condo has a homey feel and is spacious for a growing family(teens could have their owns beds - which means it’s a peaceful holiday for everyone!) the view in the morning and evening from upper deck is beautiful and I loved hearing the lapping of the waves on the marina. Thanks for everything Carole, we hope to stay again!

Amazing location and views

Yes, there is a lot of stairs, but they are well worth it. The views down the lake and access to a private beach is amazing. Also, its so close to town you can walk to the public beach, the pub and the small town shops. Although it is so close to town, it feels like you are remote and once the sun sets it is completely silent all around. Property owner provided great instructions and the beds are very comfortable. The only bad thing I could possibly say is that the second bedroom would be quite hot if you were there for a hot week as the AC is only in the master bedroom.

Lake front paradise

We spent a terrific week at this great condo. Everything was provided and ready for us. The accommodations were great and the front balcony perfect for breakfast in the mornings and rooftop deck used every afternoon and evening with amazing lake and mountain views. Private beach was much appreciated and everyone was very friendly. Just be prepared for the stairs inside and outside. We had a lovely time.

We had an amazing time - Carole's home is beautiful - tastefully decorated and has all you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is the best view in Invermere and we spent many hours up there - eating, reading, chatting, just sitting and absorbing...there are many stairs to get to the balcony (not a deterrent - just info for others in case of mobility issues). Carole is a lovely host and is only a call/text away. Neighbours are family oriented and friendly. There is a tennis court you have access to - and of course the lake and beach :) Definitely a great place to get away from it all!

Rooftop Patio - Very Unique!

We had found this property months ago and thought it looked so interesting that we picked our Invermere weekend based on it's availability, and we were not disappointed. Our 8 and 11 year old daughters loved that there were 2 sets of bunk beds as well as wading in the lake right down the stairs from us (also a great spot for picnicing). We all loved stargazing on the rooftop patio and I equally enjoyed watching the fog dance along the surface of the lake each morning while enjoying my coffee. Great central location too. We would stay there again during any season.

Just stayed a week with our family of 5. Had a wonderful time! The views from the top deck are spectacular and the deck furniture is comfortable and inviting. The bunk room worked great for our 3 kids, and the master bed was SO comfortable! Spent our days at the lake, and kids loved the dock and waterslide. The lake is clear and warm, and the little beach and grassy area is perfect! Walking distance to all the shops and the delicious bakery in Invermere. Would not hesitate to recommend this property for a relaxing lake getaway!
