LOOK NO FURTHER!! Stunning new 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Condo on Beautiful Lake Windermere. This luxury condo easily sleeps 6, making it convenient for 2 families or a large group, to enjoy their time away together. It is ideal for families / boating and golfers who want separate rooms.
Only a 2 minute drive to the beach or the marina and a short walk to the charming downtown of Invermere with its quaint shops and restaurants. Situated close to multiple stunning golf courses. Take a short scenic drive to Panorama Mountain Village(15-20 minute drive) for great winter skiing and summer activities.
This modern condo is fully equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Stove and oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Living Room with large Dining Table which seats 6. Washer/Dryer in suite for laundry. There are two large Flat Screen Televisions, with a DVD player.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV, walk-thru closet and En-Suite Bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with cupboard space and sliding doors leading onto a small balcony where you can enjoy the mountain views. The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. This Condo is fully Air Conditioned.
All Linen, Cooking utensils and cutlery are provided.
Cable TV with free WiFi. Beautiful Balcony with a Barbecue and seating area where you can enjoy the stunning mountain or Lake views, underground parking and ample on surface public parking.
The complex has a stunning Swimming Pool and 2 Hot Tub(open year round). Surrounding the pool is an Entertainment area for gathering as well as a Fitness Centre.
Great location for enjoying the natural surroundings. The Lake is on your doorstep, nearby Hiking, Bird Watching and Horseback riding. Amazing golfing within a short distance. In the winter there is amazing Family skiing at Panorama a short 20 minute drive as well as nearby snowmobile trails. Enjoy skating on the lake on the world famous Lake Windermere Whiteway (the longest skating trail in the world) Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont are an easy 20 minute drive away.

The condo was very clean, quite large and had everything we needed. I didn’t need to communicate with the owners while there but beforehand they were very responsive. Great location, nice pool and hot tubs and very close to the beach.

Myself and 4 kids had a great stay at this property. Pictures as advertised. Clean. And kitchen well stocked with all the dishes you need. Dining table is expandable which is a nice convenience. Unit is centrally located. James chabot beach is a short walk away. And kinsmen beach and Main Street is a short drive away. We only used the hot tub and did not get to use the pool as there was damage to it that required repairs. Unit also had beach equipment in the closet. We did not use it as we brought our own. Would stay in this unit again.

Sigi was a very good hostess, responding quickly to any queries I had and providing excellent directions for our stay.The two issues that we had was the noise factor from the units above and below; and, the furniture really needs an update. This is a condo community so with saying that it can be confusing to find the place the specific room and there are a lot of details regarding that and how to get into the unit to get garage door opener and all the codes and whatnot so if possible print that off ahead of time. This was one of our last stays so it was difficult to find all that information on a small phone. The condo was very clean and spacious for a condo and very well decorated. The balconies were fun to sit on. The primary bed was comfortable the other beds were a little bit firmer. In the kitchen had everything we needed and there were even some chairs in the storage room that could be taken to the beach. The location was perfect. The only downside was a child running/jumpingNon-Stop from 8:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. upstairs. Could be a permanent resident could be a vacationer. We were just grateful for the quiet at 9:00 p.m... regardless the condo was very nice and we thank you.

Very good accommodation.

The condo was very clean with ample dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was exactly what we needed. Great access to the pool using the stairs right outside the door of the condo. The pool and hot tub are very clean.

We had a fantastic stay with family. Condo is clean and updated with a nice pool facility and gym are. Location close to James Chabot is great to get to the beach. Highly recommended

Lovely Condo

Very clean and up to date furnishings and beds were comfortable, a spacious unit. Two balconies GREAT location We had trouble getting the entrance codes on checkin VRBO put us up in a nearby resort. Owner was apologetic and compensated us for our inconvenience. We all would stay there again.

Great location, property is nice, furniture is dated and could use an upgrade, living room couch is old and worn out. Cleanliness wasn’t great, floors were a little sticky in places and the cupboard handles were dirty, had to wipe them down (should be taken care of by cleaning crew)

Invermere Stay

The location was great with a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed having the pool and hotness. Nice and spacious for a family. The only issue was the garage door opener didn’t work the first day (it seemed to be a building issue as other people were having problems) and it appears there are permanent residents who don’t appreciate having vacation rentals in the complex.

Condo stay

Property was nice- pool over crowded. Beach was very nice. Unit was good, there could be a few small items that need updating. Beds were comfy. Owner in one unit was not kind and put a damper on part of the vacation. Service fees are high and you still need to do laundry, dishes, garbage before leaving unit or they charge you extra, which seems unjustified for $500 in fees. Views were beautiful!

Great long weekend property

The location is great, so close to the beach, playground etc. It's 2 minute drive up the hill into town. We've been coming to Invermere for years and this was a great location. 3 bedrooms meant we could have 4 adults and 2 kids in one place, super ideal. The pool being so close to the unit was great, it's a shame that the pool only opens at 10AM, but that's nothing the owners can control - that's the property rules. Good small gym near the pool, lots of pros about this place. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the place was unfortunately not as clean as we would've expected on entrance, just general dust/dirt on cabinets/carpet - to be fair to the owners, I didn't complain as I didn't see the need. There was a vacuum in the unit we tried to use and my husband did comment he "has never been compelled to clean a ceiling fan" (in the bathroom) before. We were a bit disappointed in that but the amenities made up for it, and there were cleaning supplies, garbage bags, etc available. I would alsorecommend providing a few additional dish cloths. We could only find the one set. The in-suite laundry was fantastic as we could wash pool/beach towels as needed. Also, the AC was great for cooling the place - we have stayed in places where the AC was listed but not functional. While the fan is super loud when on, the place was cool and comfortable. Tip: bring a wagon as you have to walk down a long hallway from the elevator to the unit, if you have a lot of things to bring!
