Ever wanted to go on a great Vacation but didn’t want to take out a big loan. If the answer is yes then we have an option for you!! Our house in Invermere BC is ideal for up to 4 couples or 3 families and has all the comforts of home.

Invermere is a lakeside community with a population of 3,000 and is located between the Rocky Mountains to the East and the Purcells to the West. Noted for its great weather and numerous recreational opportunities, the Columbia Valley is sure to accommodate whatever your recreation pleasure. Invermere is located between Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs and is a 3 hour drive from Calgary.

Winter activities include; heli-skiing, alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating.

Summer Activities include; golf, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback, ATV’s, rafting, sightseeing, gliding, and all the water sports you can think of on Lake Windermere or on the beach.


Our 2 storey home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3.5 bathrooms as well as these features:

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
On checkout please leave the vacation home in a tidy condition as you would want to see checking in. In doing so it helps the cleaning staff to prep the house for the next guests
By doing this it helps to reduce our cleaning costs so we don't have to add extra cleaning cost when you reserve the house.
We have a 2 page rental agreement that states what is required on check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was great with room for everyone to be comfortable. The house is a bit of a walk to the lake but other then that the location is perfect. Check in was easy and Rick was easy to get a hold of if needed. Check out was a little bit heavy on the cleaning but overall great stay.

This house was perfect for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration! 3 families, plus Grandma and Grandpa. Lots of space for the families. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed. The youngsters loved the park close by, everybody enjoyed the hot tub. Golf, beach shopping, hiking…something for everyone. We actually appreciated the clean up policy….felt like paying it forward for the next group…even the kids pitched in! Thanks Rick… we will be telling our friends!

Ski weekend

The place was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glasses and dishware and everything we needed for cooking meals. We spent two days skiing at Panorama and the proximity to the mountain was a quick easy drive. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Quiet, comfy - and close to everything.

We needed a spot to host the whole family - 14 including grandparents, kids and grandkids. This place was very well appointed - room for all of us. Plenty of dishes, fully-equipped kitchen, and lots of bathroom space! Aircon worked excellently on the hottest days of the year in the valley. Great communication with the host - we will definitely stay again.

Perfect for families.Space is large.kids where in basement, with a bed and two pull outs. Had their own space to play games and air hockey Big kitchen table and the outside has a nice picnic table to enjoy. Easy drive to gold course and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to shopping.

Blended family vacation

The house fit our families perfectly. Loved how the house had all of the amenities we needed to even the smallest detail of having enough plates for everyone. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day at the beach which was only a couple min driveway. There is a close park with a field which we went and played yard games at every night. Excellent stay and will be back next year!!!

Lots of space but not very clean or well taken care of.

This property was just okay. They have pretty much everything you need, the kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have soap and towels. There are a lot of movies to watch and they have an xbox, however the movies are quite old and the teens found everything to be quite outdated for them and the wifi wasn't great so they didn't like that! (the cellular service also isn't great in Invermere in general). The owner requires the guests to clean when checking out so it wasn't very clean when we entered. The one bed in the smaller bedroom did not seem clean when we arrived (it was made, but there were a lot of hairs on the sheet). I was required to sweep and vacuum all the floors upon check out, which is a lot for such a big house. There were a lot of beds for people to stay which was great for us, however the beds were not very comfortable. There is no a/c so it was extremely hot with only a few working fans (most of our family ended up sleeping downstairs because of this). The barbecue was not full of propane and the hot tub didn't seem clean. The owner is not very responsive. I booked one day too many and he didn't respond to my request to change and he didn't respond when we left.

Family Fun Times

With temperatures up to 33C our family of 10 had lots of room to spread out and relax, even our 4 grandchildren under 7. Air hockey was perfect in the cool basement. Hot tub in the cooler morning was fun. Rick provided us with many fans which we adjusted to cool the upstairs. Many thanks.

The property is exactly as described online. Clean, spacious, convenient location great for families

Rick was very prompt, and easy to communicate with. The property is very conveniently located in a suburb of invermere. We were about 30 mins to panorama and had no issues hitting the slopes on both days on time. We stayed with another family and the house did not feel crowded at all. Kids appreciated the basement space with the attached bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked, and the directions were detailed and easy to follow. Overall a great family vakay spot!!
