Great location needs maintenance

Very quite and private location and owner was excellent with communication. Home is very tired and in desperate need of some relatively inexpensive maintenance items such as a new shower tap (spent 20 minutes trying to shut off then still dripped), bathroom fan didn't work, outside door lock was not working, no face cloths, a couple of doors need replacing..... With a little refreshing this would be a great place as the bones of the home are solid.

A very cool and quiet neighborhood.

The owner/ manager was very professional and courteous! She’s very close to us and made our guests feel totally safe. We experienced some technical glitch but she was there ready to help fix the problem and the technicians she sent got things sorted out immediately. This is a property I would recommend to any family or larger group of people. Beautifully mature neighborhood.

Beds for everyone!

Large home with enough room for all to have their own rooms & beds. There were a few things that I'm sure will get fixed, like locking doors on all of the bathrooms /bedrooms, but would otherwise recommend this property. Very good communication with the homeowner and some flexibility with check-in and check-out timing was very much appreciated.
