About this property

Beach at the back door!

Welcome to our rustic seaside cottage — a character-filled retreat with three bedrooms at the front and a sunny kitchen and sitting area at the back that captures the warm afternoon light.

This is an older coastal cottage, so you’ll notice a few creaks and movements, and at times the sound of the sea booming against the rocks below. It’s all part of the unique atmosphere of this coastline. Occasionally, little blue penguins make their way under the house — a normal and charming part of life here.

Our water supply is untreated, so we recommend boiling it before drinking or bringing your own bottled water.

Beach access is just over the back fence; due to the rock wall, there’s a short walk to reach the main track.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of books, magazines, and games for slow mornings or cosy evenings after exploring the beach.

This is the perfect place to switch off and unwind — there is no Wi‑Fi and no TV, making it ideal for anyone wanting to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the coast.
