Perfect and cozy

Perfectly located and cozy place with easy in and out. No keys needed. Street parking close to entrance.

The host was friendly and accommodating . He was very helpful in supplying us with tape and a plastic bag after our car window was smashed while parked in a Vancouver parkade. The neighbourhood where the suite is located is quiet and safe. The suite was simple but comfortable and quiet. We slept really well. Just a note that the shower is quite small otherwise we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Comfortable in every way. The sound of people overhead was noticeable but it didn't bother me. I wish every place was as nice as this!

The property would be fine with some TLC. Lacked items to brush, mop the floor. No drying dish cloths or wash cloths. Some dishes were dirty and a vase of dead flowers was on the counter. No drinking glasses or toaster. Shower had to be cleaned and black hair removed from the drain. Bathroom sink had to be cleaned of toothpaste. Repairs to wall s was very poorly done. Lights in bedroom ( three overhead flurescent lights ) seemed unpredictable, sometimes coming on other times taking over an hour to light. Electric wiring dubious, could not plug in washer and kettle, or heater and kettle at the same time as the breaker blew. The circuit had all the bedroom plugs, half the kitchen plugs, and heater/washer plug all on the same circuit. With attention to details the owner could make the property desireable to rent.
