About this property

Tsawwassen Lovely private Coach House - walk to shopping, beach and restaurants.

Fully furnished 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, 2 level Coach House. A lovely, comfortable rental with two separate entrances and private patio located in a quiet, pretty residential cul-de-sac close to Tsawwassen Town Centre. Within walking distance to shopping, transportation, golf and beach. Offering 1,200 square feet of living space on two levels. The upper level features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with windows on all sides enjoying landscaped views. A claw foot tub is featured in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs a large Master bedroom offers a charming bay window, 3 piece ensuite bathroom with shower and stacking washer & dryer, An extra large walk in closet, and storage. The 2nd bedroom queen size bed is separated by privacy curtains but can be open to enjoy the large space complete with working area, 50" TV and single day bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the coach house. We were impressed with the attention to detail, everything was well thought out and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, there were supplies for the washing machine, the Wi-Fi and TV were user-friendly, the bathrooms were stocked with lotion, shampoo, soap, etc. neighborhood, with accessibility to Vancouver. Excellentwalking trail at boundary Bay. Our host Sue was a great communicator, and even left us treats in the refrigerator, as well as a full ice container. Would definitely return to stay at the coach house.

Very clean. Loved all the natural light upstairs and the fireplace. Kitchen was great for cooking and well supplied. Great to have the laundry facilities and the large closet to store suitcases and have clothes.

This was our second stay at the Coach House and it was again an excellent experienceThe hosts are warm and welcoming and responded immediately and graciously when we forgot the door code! The house is charming, the kitchen is more than fully equipped, the little patio at the entrance is a lovely place to read and relax and the slipper bathtub in the upstairs bathroom is a delight. The Couch House is everything one would want in a ‘home away from home’, and more.

I have stayed in many vacation rentals. The carriage house was better outfitted than my own house. Most importantly, when we had an issue that needed immediate attention, Sue responded instantly. Every room was clean and comfortable.We were able to walk to the store and to the beach from this property.Our host seemed to have studied the art of hospitality. Comfortable property in a pleasant area.

This is an incredibly comfortable, beautoful, perfectly equipped home. I wanted to move in! Beautiful quiet street. Not far from the center of town. Lovely, welcoming owners. Five stars for sure!

The place is very clean and has everything you need. It has an odd arrangement with the bedrooms downstairs and the living area upstairs but I got used to it. The walk in closet was a nice touch and came in very handy. Thanks for the spare coffee, came in handy in those early mornings where we didn't want to go get some coffee. Stocked with all the cookware and spices you'll ever need. Very nice area with no traffic, nice and quiet. I found the Main bed to be too firm for me but the others were just fine. On very hot days, you might have an issue with the Air conditioning getting down the stairs ( The portable air conditioner is on the upper level and works very well). Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt. Very nice people. The small sitting area out front was nice with all the flowers. It's close to everything you'll ever need. Overall a very nice stay, no real issues.
