Townhome was very clean and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and our was quick and easy. Only had one issue with internet when we arrived, the contact was quick to respond and it only needed to be unplugged and plugged back in and worked great the rest of the time. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Condo

Beds were comfortable, condo was pretty clean(air vents needed attention, but that is minor). Table seats a big group. The only downside was the living room seating isn't enough for the number of beds available. There is a small couch that seats 2-3, a recliner and a chair. Otherwise this was a perfect spot for our group!

Our stay was good! The only thing that bothered us is the cleanliness of the home. Some things were not put away so we put them away. The restrooms could use a touch up by changing shower curtains when odor develops. Otherwise, we were comfortable with space. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your home!

Family trip to Pagosa Sorings

The property was basically clean , kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. The Checkin process was smooth. The communication with local guest contact was lacking. No response from Heather when asked about basic items for place (paper towels, coffee filter and dish cloth). Tried calling and emailing her and never responded.

Great location

Spacious home with lots of room for our family of six. Easy to get to and the listing description is perfect. Great parking spot by the front door. Check in was easy. Lots of nice touches and a fully stocked kitchen. We were very happy with our stay. Some minor issues: The home had some dirty kitchen linens and items put away in cupboards and the bathroom vents were pretty dirty. We had to wash dishes before using them. There were a few other minor cleaning complaints, but it was okay and still a 4/5. My son & I were a mess with allergies while inside the house. I thought might be dust related because of the vents? Just a guess, though. We couldn't get the fireplace to work, but we didn't call the manager because it wasn't a big deal. All in all, a nice house and great place to stay!

AMAZING!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was so clean, spacious, tons of storage, the beds were comfy, AC worked great, the backyard was absolutely beautiful. We loved playing frisbee in the evenings. We even had an owl come watch for a few mins. The property is far enough away from out of town that it wasn’t super busy, but not so far away that it was a pain to drive into town. Communication was easy and quick. I love the binder with the suggestion & instructions (I would add the treasure falls waterfall in your binder. It’s absolutely breathtaking!) Washer and dryer are an extra added bonus. We loved not having to come home to a weeks worth of dirty laundry. Escaping the Texas heat was just what my family needed! I could go on and on about Tantonka house. If you ever have the opportunity to stay here you won’t regret it! If we ever go back to Pagosa Springs we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable one! Love the Suttons

Perfect Place in Pagosa

This was our third trip to Pagosa and second stay at Tatonka House. The home is the perfect place for families to gather. The home has everything we need from laundry to toiletries to spices in the kitchen and more. The kids can play right outside the back door and there are beautiful views of Pagosa Peak. The home is clean, spacious and in a great location- close to many shops, restaurants, walking trails and close to Wolf Creek Ski Mountain! 5 stars…. Will be back again!

Pirtle stay

The carpet was very dirty and stained, might want to put some kind of hardwood floors in. Someone before us had splattered icing all over the kitchen cabinets. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, hard to turn on and slow trickle from the one upstairs. I don’t mind paying extra for a cleaning service if they had done their job, no excuse for some of the issues. We vacuumed the day we got there and got lots of dirt up. Other than these issues it was a nice setup and location.
