The Cole House #8A is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex unit that sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking beautiful Lake Alfred. This house was built in 2021 to provide up to 4 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World! Please note, this is a duplex unit with an adjoining rear unit, Cole House #8B.
Cole House #8A features 8ft ceilings, wood vinyl floors, and luxury amenities. There are two bedrooms both with King Beds, a tub /shower combo, and a kitchenette including a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. There is No Living Room. There is access to live TV (HULU TV) & Netflix, High-Speed Internet, and a front-facing lake view with patio and outdoor furniture. Also, don't forget to check out our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred and play a game of shuffleboard!

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events.
