There is one bedroom with King Bed, one sofa bed located in the Living Room, a tub /shower combo, and a kitchenette including a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. There is access to live TV (HULU TV), Netflix and High-Speed Internet. Also, don't forget to relax by our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred or play a game of shuffleboard!

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events.
