Work Trip

Overall this was a great stay. Check in was thoroughly and simply documented, kitchen had everything I needed, wi-fi was easy and fast and it was a great location. Only suggestion is that the TV needs to be updated to a smart TV as only free to air channels available and no apps such as Netflix etc. Would stay again.

Easy check in. Good parking. Large unit complex. Apartment had nearly everything we needed. Only real negative is the lack of a smart tv! We walked to the large Westfield complex at Hornsby a few times for meals.Would stay again for sure

Waitara convenience

Great location and facilities good. We would stay again but would like a second fob for access as we didn't always go out together (2 couples) and it meant we had to rely on the other couple to wait up if we went out at night in order to let us into the apartment. There was a problem with the lock on the main bedroom door (only able to open and close the room from inside the bedroom) We would not have been able to get into the room at all if it had been closed accidently! Overall a good experience again with the location being so handy to Waitara station and close to Hornsby for shopping.

Everything was as advertised. The host was very attentive and provided all necessary information, i didn't have to ask for anything. Now has a smart TV was was an improvement from last time i stayed (maybe a bigger one :-)) Would stay again.

Nice stay

The apartment was very nice, clean and well presented. We were rather disappointed that there were no teabags, coffee, milk, toiletteries. Have paid much less for a room and received these inclusions. These are staple expectations! No point providing a coffee machine without including the relevent pods!

Everything we needed

We traveled with our young family for a wedding and the apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable well presented clean and affordable pricing. The owner had fantastic communication and was able to help us very quickly when I had locked myself out. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Good location

Great unit easy to access and very comfortable. Linen needed updating but overall good unit to lease. Communication with the owner and access to the building excellent. Will use again.
