Has potential... with some fixes

The location was pretty good. Easy walk to several tourist areas in Philly. Not on any major transit lines. The look was nice but there were several things that were just a bit off. You could tell corners were cut (door handle coming off the bathroom door, loose toilet seat, room not clean, etc). If the quality of the materials are updated to match the aesthetic I would be quick to upgrade.

The stay was fine but the toilet and outer noises made the nights miserable, we could not sleep at all.

Just what I needed. Everything I wanted was in walking distance and safe. Only issue was the tenant above me loud walking sounds.
