Close to the shops and pier at Dromana town centre as well as Martha Cove, the Sailing Club and Golf Club, the location is ideal for both weekend escapes and hot Summers at the beach, and only an hour away from Melbourne.

The property is deep cleaned prior to your arrival and ready for you to move in and enjoy.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, a toilet upstairs and a wrap around balcony, this elevated two story home sleeps 10 people (3xQ, 1xD, 2xS) and has a bathroom, kitchen and an inviting living and dining area downstairs with a view into the private courtyard garden.

Fully equipped kitchen including oven, stove, fridge, microwave, automatic coffee machine, dishwasher and a Weber Q BBQ.

Also features a washing machine, wood burning fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, DVD and BLURAY player, plus use of our extensive DVD collection.

It's a superb location for enjoying the breweries, wineries, Golf courses, spa retreats and the ocean, and the bus stop is only 450m away.

Please note we do not allow schoolies or school groups to stay at the property.
