Welcome to The Arthur, a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom walk-up on the first floor in the Upper East Side, New York. This inviting space for two guests includes a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. Family-friendly amenities make it suitable for all ages. The Upper East Side's tree-lined streets and classic architecture create timeless New York elegance in one of the nation's greatest urban landscapes.



Other Things to Note:

All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.



Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.



For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.
