Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remember to have all items and people outside before setting alarm and leaving
Put trash in large receptacle as you drive out of the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any damage to the condo and all items inside and out of unit will be subject to an extra charge to the renter to cover the cost to repair or replace.
All dishes must be cleaned prior to leaving the condo or there will be an extra cleaning fee of $50 charged to the credit card on file.
All items removed from the shed or storage areas in the condo will be replaced to where they were found in the similar shape in which they were found.

Spotless accommodation with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Rathtrevor beach is just a short walk away. Our host was helpful and flexible.This is our second visit and it won’t be our last!

We had a great stay - the place comfortably accommodated 4 adults and two toddlers, plus a dog. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are well stocked. There’s parking for two cars. There’s lots of natural light. It’s walking distance to the beach and provincial Park and a short drive to many beautiful trailheads for hikes. Amenities are close by. It was clean and comfortable.

5 starsWe really enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway! The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for both day-to-day living and beach outings. The outdoor area was a real highlight; peaceful and private, with a BBQ and a lovely view of the forest. We even spotted deer and bunnies right outside, which made it feel extra special. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect parksville getaway

This was such a lovely property to stay at. Very comfortable, beautiful surroundings. It's approx 400m walk down to the ocean and you walk right onto sand. The grassy backyard is shared with other vacationi properties but backs right onto the wooded area of Rathrevor Park and feels quite private. We loved our stay and the hosts were very reachable and responsive.

Lovely cottage

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. The cabin is just a few minutes walk to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway! Very clean, responsive owner and had everything you could need to enjoy yourself. We hope to be back and make it a family tradition!

Amazing pet friendly stay

We had another amazing stay at this property. The kitchen is well equipped for whipping up a meal, there are lots of towels and extra blankets plus laundry amenities and a cozy fireplace which is perfect for a rainy winter stay.Above all, it is pet friendly and the perfect location…only a 5 minute walk to Rathtrevor and nearby forest trails. We’ve stayed before and we will stay again!

Cute family home

The house was amazing to stay in for me and my family to spend a few days. It had everything you would need. The kids really liked the forest area behind the house. It also really walkable to mini golf course/ice cream

We certainly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed.A couple of things. The picture showing access to the beach was unfortunate. It is why I chose your place because my sister uses a walker. She was very happy to see access was easy but it was not as the hill was prohibitive and we thought the path was right outside the door. It was really hard for her to navigate so had to find other beaches.Rooms were relatively clean. No body soap in one bathroom and none under sink. The fridge could use a good clean and open jars removed. Butter and half used packages of food was inappropriate. These things don’t bother us too much but one doesn’t know how long food has been there. Kitchen well equipped.Thanks.All

Perfect family getaway

We loved this cozy near-the-beach cabin and our only complaint about our trip was that it was too short! The cabin was clean and comfortable and the setting next to the forest was peaceful and relaxing. We are coming back next year!

A beautiful and cozy cabin located next to the wonderful Rathtrevor beach! The house is modern, super clean and organized! We had a wonderful time and already planning to be back!

Woodland getaway

Backs onto nice wild section of Rathtrevor Park The community has nice landscaping and large trees throughout, and has a great beach which is located at the bottom of a steep incline , The people we encountered were sociable and helpful . The historic Black Goose is a short walk from the accommodation . Very pet friendly and close to other nice spots to visit. Recommended.

A great long weekend!

We loved our stay in Alexis’ Tanglewood town house during the May long weekend. Everything we needed was there, including some great extras such as fans and beach toys. We loved how close it was to Rathtrevor Beach and Riptide Lagoon mini golf. Alexis sent a great welcome letter prior to our stay that explained everything we needed to know. We’ll be back!

Awesome Holiday Experience

Our stay at the cottage exceeded expectations! It was like a home away from home. Great location, tons of amenities, well stocked, comfortable, and private. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was accommodated. The easily accessible beach was beautiful and provided hours of joy for the whole family. Will likely book again for a longer stay next summer. Highly recommend this as your next vacation destination.

Amazing getaway

I can’t say enough about this accommodation. Alexis was very easy to deal with and replied to us in a timely manner when needed. The cottage is very well equipped with anything you would need to be comfortable, the pictures online, in my opinion, don’t do the place justice. I would definitely rent again.

Family retreat

My husband and I arrived with our daughter and two grandkids, ages 6 & 9. It was the perfect retreat for us, the backyard nestled in beside the great forest of Rathtrevor Park, and the beach only a couple minutes walk down the road. The place is so clean and quiet. Absolutely everything you need for your stay is right there… laundry, extra blankets and pillows, beach towels and toys for the kids, gas range, etc. Also the nearby amenities were amazing, groceries, shopping etc only a few minutes drive away. And lots of things to do for the kids, goofy gulf, adventure park, butterfly garden, Coombs etc. We would definitely return!
