This family Lakehouse is built on beautiful Lake Lanier, just 10 minutes away from Landrum South Carolina and Tryon North Carolina. The house is built over the water, offers beautiful views of Hogback mountain and includes a dock, patio, canoe, gas grill and a rooftop sun deck overlooking the water. The house has high speed internet, Wi-Fi, Roku t.v.s, gas grill and a full kitchen and bath with washer and dryer. Also included are towels and linens, rafts to float on, basic condiments and toiletries.

Cute Fishing Cabin

The cabin was super rustic and gave us a nostalgic feeling. We chose this cabin for my son’s 21st birthday as he loves fishing and we wanted to make a family-friendly lasting memory for him on his special day. Although we didn’t catch any fish we still had a great time together. We were able to go to work during the day and come back to play, which was another factor that helped us decide on this place sense we work nonstop and needed something somewhat close to Flat Rock, NC. The IGA grocery store was only 9min away. It was nice having the washer and dryer, oven, and dishwasher, as we were able to make cleaning up easier. JW the owner stopped by and provided some paper towels and starter fire wood. He was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely rent this fishing cabin again for another quick fishing trip in the future.
