Only A Few Blocks to Beach! Numerous Living Areas, On-Site Parking, NEW LISTING!

This beautifully renovated 2-story home is just a few blocks from the beach and Seawall! Great restaurants, Pleasure Pier and many other hot spots are nearby, as well! This spacious 4/2 boasts 3 separate living areas with plenty of space to relax and gather with family and friends. In addition to the great location, and lovely home, you'll have on-site parking available, along with a fully fenced yard. So many positives about Nina's Place!

Each living space has a large flat screen to enjoy after a day of adventure. There is one large bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and bathroom with an oversized shower. The dining area is right off of the kitchen with a large table for eight. The kitchen is bright and well equipped for any cook. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is available for your convenience. For more dining, step outside to the deck in the fully fenced backyard. Charcoal grill included.

Upstairs off of the large living space is the bunk room. Great space for the kids and grandkids to enjoy. There is also a kids table in the living area for their activities. Two more bedrooms are upstairs; one with a queen bed and a second with a king size bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is also located upstairs. And, before you go back downstairs, step out on to the second-floor balcony. Spot views of Pleasure Pier from the balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze! There is a driveway for with parking spots, a premium in the city!

This is a great family home to return to again and again! Enjoy!

Great place to stay

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of 10 to spread out and be comfortable. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there was a lack of basic cleaning essentials like garbage bags and a sponge or washcloth to clean dishes that are normally provided.
