This studio is in a great location for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Parking is expensive at $35/day.

Great location!

Great value for a beach location! Incredible views! Parking would be a hassle, however this location is within walking distance of anything you would need. Most tours and activities also provide transportation! Uber is also a great option!

Beautiful location

The location is great—beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. It is located in a very crowded area so it is noisy. The parking situation is bad unless there is room at the building and those are very limited. One of the recommended parking lots no longer exists the other one is $79 a day without in and out privileges.

Great view and right on the beach!

The view from the lanai is beautiful! Located right on the beach, the boardwalk is right down the steps. AC works well for the bed area but bathroom gets warm as it’s the furthest from the AC unit. Great location and I walked everywhere! Sliding door to lanai is hard to open and “sticks.” Good security and must have key FOB to access elevators and the higher floors. Shower is very small with a low height shower head..not convenient if you’re tall. Parking is expensive at $42/day. Maintenance crew starts work EARLY at 5-ish AM below the lanai and boardwalk area gets noisy at night. Perfect lanai location for watching the island sunset and fireworks on Friday night. Nice place to stay, you can watch the waves from the bed. I would definitely stay here again😊
