Featuring floor to ceiling showcases full of fun stuff to delight, and comfortable quality fittings and furnishing including fully electric vertical shutters spanning large windows for maximum light or privacy. Washer/Dryer, Iron, Convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, television and WiFi.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
Kink Corner Loft is a single dwelling -new contemporary build with own street entrance situated in a historic residential neighbourhood of workers cottages and terraces dating back to the 1850's making it one of the earliest colonial settlements in the Sydney region. Check out the stunning Darlinghurst Goal now home to the National Art School, or partake of the vibrant cafe culture in adjoining Surry Hills. Close to two supermarkets and convenience stores and just one minute walk to Oxford Street - famous for the Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival & Parade (held in Feb/March) and is the Centre of Gay Sydney where you can check out the pubs and clubs of all persuasions! Leave your car at home, Kink Corner Loft is perfectly situated for you to wander into the City through Hyde Park to do some shopping or visit the Art Gallery of NSW, Australian Museum, a choice of three public Swimming pools and of course the iconic Sydney Opera House and beautiful Sydney Harbour.
Getting Around:
Street parking only - narrow streets and laneways.
On major bus routes to Sydney Central Railway Station or Sydney City and harbour or the Eastern suburbs including Watsons Bay, and the iconic beaches at Bondi, Tamarama, Maroubra, Coogee and La Perouse.
10 minute walk to Museum Station underground for direct trains to domestic and International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
