About this property

Idyllic Sunshine Beach family getaway to the South Coast.

Located just a 2 minute drive away from Denhams and Surf Beach and 5 minute walk to Sunshine Bay. A 5 minute drive to Batehaven and a 10 min drive to Batemans Bay. Futher down the coast we are a 10 minute drive away from more surf beaches such as Lilli Pilli, McKenzies, Malua Bay and Broulee. We are just 2 hours from Canberra and 4 hours from Sydney along the beautiful South Coast drive.

The cottage has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a Queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is the 'kids' bedroom that has a double bed, single bed and tri bunk that you can squish the kids and their mates in for a great time! The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The living room has a ceiling fan and airconditioning unit that can easily cool the whole house down. Additionally we have a log fire available to use for roasting marshmellows in the cooler coastal getaways.

The green room boasts a hammock and dart board to relax and play with!

You will find board games and boogie boards to enjoy. The back and front yard is full of native bush and the BBQ outside to get those Summer dinners sorted.

One bathroom with a separate toilet and shower/bath. Washing machine is also available and dryng rack outside. Fresh linen and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Wifi is available and a large TV with a chromecast that you can connect your favourite streaming services to.

Parking is available in a two car carport and ample parking on the street if required.

Perfect for relaxed family holiday

Our first visit to Batemans Bay coincided with a lot of rain and this property was perfect for our stay - 10 min walks to choice of beaches (rain or shine), easy drive to many lovely places down the coast when the sun was out, and best of all an amazing choice of books and games for all ages (including a darts board, which got quite a workout). There's also wonderful garden sculpture. The owner was very responsive to a problem that arose and would stay again.

Great little place to stay
