This home, situated near Batemans Bay, will suit all visitors, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 7 people. It is ideal for family groups. Unfortunately we cannot agree to requests for more than 7 guests. The address is 4/44 Parker Ave, Surf Beach.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has 2 double beds, an ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. There are two single beds in the third bedroom. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided FREE for up to 7 guests.
Downstairs is also air conditioned. The living/dining area is accompanied by a modern kitchen with a full range of cooking equipment. The lounge area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a wide range of DVDs suitable for children and adults.
There is a family room with a ceiling fan, lounge, computer and children's toys. Sit back in the shade of the large umbrella on the deck and enjoy the BBQ entertainment area.
There is a private walkway to Beach Rd for easy access to the beach and shops - approximately 500m away. There a single car space available in the attached garage. Shared OFF-STREET PARKING is available for one car and/or boat.
NO other barbeques or outdoor cooking equipment.
NO pets.
NO party groups or Schoolies.

All bookings incur a one-off cleaning fee of $170. During the late Dec-Jan period bookings must be for a minimum of 5 days. Exceptions may be possible for late bookings made within one week of check in or where a period of less than 5 days is available.

WHAT TO DO! - There is a folder of information for you to peruse at the house.
RESTAURANTS: There is wide range of restaurants and clubs in Batemans Bay, Batehaven and Malua bay as well as 3 takeaway places at nearby Surf Beach shops.
BEACHES: A private laneway to Beach Rd provides a 5 min walk to Surf Beach - a family friendly beach patrolled during summer holidays. Denhams Beach is a walk to the north and Wimbie Beach (great for the littlies) is a walk to the South.
SHOPS: There is a small shopping complex across the street from the beach. It has an IGA Supermarket, a pizza restaurant, Chemist, Medical Centre, Chinese restaurant (eat in or takeaway), Hairdresser and Bottle Shop. On the beach side of the road is a beachside cafe for fish and chips and burgers.
FISHING : There are options for river, bay and surf fishing. Several charter companies in the Bay offer deep sea excursions. There are boat ramps at Batemans Bay (near the bridge), Hanging Rock, Nelligen and Mossy Point
GOLF: The Catalina Country Club, just 5 km away, has a 27 hole championship golf course. There is an all par 3 course at Tomakin about 8 km away. There is also an excellent course at Moruya, 25 km away.
MOGO ZOO: Just a 10min drive is a great little zoo commited to the preservation of endangered animals. It provides world standard facilities for over 100 animals, 38 or more of which are rare and exotic species, including the rare white lions of 'Timbavati'.
SURFING: Surf Beach is great for body surfing and boogey boards. Soulrider surf school offers beginners lessons right at Surf Beach.
MOUNTAING BIKING: Nearby Mogo has nationally significant mountain bike trails with some of the most expansive riding and racing experiences in Australia. There are around 155km of trails catering for all levels from beginners to experts.
SCUBA: The Dive Shop in Batemans Bay offers boat dive trips to popular nearby spots. Winter offers the best visibility.
BOWLS: The Club Malua (5min drive from Surf Beach) hosts social bowling for the entire family.
KAYAKS: Kayak hire is available on the river at Mossy Point.
BMX TRACK: Located on the corner of George Bass Drive & Calga Crescent, Batehaven near the High School
BOTANIC GARDENS: Worthy of a visit, it has display gardens, walking tracks, picnic and barbeque facilities, an herbarium, information centre and café. 5 km south of the Bay on the Princes Highway. Great place for kids to run around and explore.
CYCLING: There is an extensive range of paths connecting villages and towns to areas of interest or just take the bike path from the Bay to Batehaven.
MOUNTAIN BIKING: Escape on a mountain bike in one of Eurobodalla's State Forests. The Mogo State Forest has long and spectacular trails, with smooth gravel and technical mountain trails, perfect for downhilling. You can start just up the road, past the Surf Beach Ambulance Station.
MARKETS: There are many markets to choose from including the well-established Moruya Markets which is held every Saturday morning. The Batemans Bay markets are held by the waterfront on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.
BUSH: To the west is the Budawang mountain range - the most rugged, unspoilt bush in New South Wales.
