The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Broadly, we only ask that you leave it neat and tidy (furniture etc) and if you have used anything, it is cleaned and put away.
A. Benches cleared and appliances wiped and replaced in the appropriate cupboards; b. Cooktop - cleaned of grease, splatter, spills (the bench cleaner works well);
C. Oven – if you have used the oven, clean grease from racks/baking trays d. Pots, pans, oven trays have been washed (Use Jiff and green scourer.) e. No dirty dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No sand in the house.
Pets cannot be on furniture or carpeted areas (bedrooms) House will need to be vacuumed at the end of your stay.

Outstanding home that’s full of charm! The Gables had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a slow cooker, blender and an Aldi coffee machine (pods can be purchased locally at the Bateman’s Bay Aldi). There is a comprehensive collection of books, games and DVDs. While there is no local shop in Long Beach, Batemans Bay is a 10 minute drive away down the Princes Highway and has Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. Trevor was incredibly kind, welcoming and responsive. We loved this house and we will be back.

This property is top quality - it has a very well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and heaps of space. The downstairs room would be most suitable for children to play. An added attraction was the kangaroos and wallabies over the back fence.

Wow! What an amazing home. After a very long drive , I unlocked the door and my jaw dropped. So beautiful styled, quality beds, exceptionally clean. The bird life outstanding and with the fire lit, a glass of red in hand, truely felt like you were taken away to somewhere special. Can’t wait to return. Just fyi, do your own groceries in Batemans Bay and cook at home. Bbq affords excellent views of the sea, and trust me, you will want to get use out of the house. Just fab!

Gables is an amazing holiday home in a fantastic location that fully deserves it's 10/10 rating.Trevor & Chris have put a lot of effort into maintaining an excellent property with beautiful bush views, walking distance to Maloney's beach, large and well appointed rooms... we loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Trevor has presented a beautiful property in a lovely location - a home away from home. Great kitchen, everything you would want to use has been included. It was an extremely comfortable stay for our family of 4 and two dogs. One of the best pet friendly accommodations we have stayed at. Bonus was having a tiled room downstairs that was gated enabling a safe place for our dogs whilst we enjoyed the comforts of the many relaxing spots in the house and decks. Fully fenced backyard that was secure for our Jack Russell and Dachshund. Long Beach is an easy 10-minute drive to the center of Batemans Bay and there are lovely walks nearby, including timed access to the local beach for dogs. Trevor always responded promptly to any queries we had. It is easy to see why the Gables has such a high occupancy. We hope to come back.

Awesome Property

The Gables provided rest as soon as we entered. The bush outlook is so calming & the house itself is spacious & clean with delightful areas to sit & take it all in, Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
