Welcome to your fresh, light-filled escape on the South Coast. Coastal Retreat at Long Beach is a beautifully styled, modern beach house designed for families and small groups looking to relax, recharge and enjoy the best of seaside living. Perfect for slow mornings, beach days and easy evenings together.

Set in beautiful Long Beach, just a short drive to Batemans Bay for cafes, shops, and everything you need - while still feeling a world away from the crowds.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living space that opens up to the spacious elevated deck with treetop views. The windows are double-glazed and the house is fully insulated. Enjoy the sub-tropical sea breeze of the South Coast with its passive cooling design. The master bedroom has a private courtyard and ensuite. The Queen bedroom opens to the side balcony, that is north-facing. The kitchen is styled with coastal tones, fully equipped and boasts of a large stone bench island with 3 bar stools. Perfect for entertaining!

The property was new, well laid out, and reasonably clean.The only minor downsides were that the floors were a bit noisy to walk on, and the bedrooms could benefit from better blackout curtains.
