This single-level home is just a hop, skip, and jump to the patrolled beach at Malua Bay and the newly built Malua Bay Bowling Club. Down by the beach, you will also find a park, perfect for the kids to run around or have lunch on the grass overlooking the beach from the local cafe. Batemans Bay township is a short 13km drive away.

The Space:
This modern and comfortable home will be the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. An open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge room are at the home's center.

The master bedroom is the first room upon entering the property, with its own ensuite, with the 2nd bedroom being towards the back. The 3rd bed is in an open room just off the main living area.

Located a short flat walk to the patrolled Malua Bay Beach, local shops, and Club Malua.

Just minutes from the property, Club Malua provides casual dining and a welcoming community vibe, while Café 366 is nearby for great coffee and light meals, with the beach close by and all key amenities within easy reach.

Getting Around:
Malua Bay is ideally located just a short drive from Batemans Bay, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Head south along the scenic coastal route and you’ll reach the charming town of Moruya, known for its boutique shops and relaxed country vibe. Keep going and you’ll come across the famous Bodalla Bakery and Ice Creamery—perfect for a sweet treat—along with the classic Bodalla Pub, a great spot for a hearty meal. Venture a little further and you’ll arrive in Narooma, a beautiful coastal town with stunning beaches and more local gems to explore along the way.

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay. This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
