About this property

Zepher at Les Luna Su

Summary:
Escape the urban routines of the city and experience the pure bliss of Zepher at Les Luna. The ideal farm stay NSW retreat on a 33-acre property with extensive flora and fauna, and only 7 mins away from the famous Crescent Head, popular for surf breaks and beaches in town—a fantastic combination of countryside and seashore stays in New South Wales.

Where you can listen to nature's sounds and sleep under a blanket of stars, sit by the dam, cook BBQ, or simply relax in a hammock by the firepit.

The Space:
Zepher at Les Luna is set far from the main house and road for much-needed privacy, surrounded by beautiful trees and birdlife to keep you company. A lovely tiny house located in a town in Crescent Head on the Tasman Sea Coast, 3 hours from the vibrant city of Newcastle. Nearby Hat Head, Point Plomer, and Nambucca Heads.

Where you have easy access to all the comforts of home, such as a queen-sized bed in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except the outdoor jacuzzi which is currently not operational at the moment.

If you want to visit Crescent Head, please coordinate with your land host to make the necessary arrangements during your stay.

I demand a full refund.
When we arrived at the property we were not met by the host, which was not a problem. But the property was dirty, untidy and smelled. We got back in the car and left. I phoned the host who didn’t answer the phone so I left a voice message telling her of the unclean and smelly state of the property and that we couldn’t stay there. I also said I wanted a full refund. A little later I received a text message from her in which she apologised for the the property not being up to standard an said that she agreed to a refund. Yesterday I sent VRBO an email setting out my issues but to date have not received your reply.

Beautiful mini break
Property was just as described. So easy to communicate with the owners, quiet, clean and an amazing tiny home experience. Even in the pouring rain, will be back next time to appreciate the firepit, spa and hammocks.
