Located in the heart of a residential subdivision at the exit of the village and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants).

Pretty, functional and well-equipped independent villa with private bean-shaped swimming pool (8x4, depth 1.70 m, open from June to September) protected by alarm. Sun bathing. 20 m² terrace to the south, 350 m² enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Closed private car park..Very clean, quiet, comfortable and very well located gite.A very few kms away are magnificent Provencal villages. The pool area is a haven of peace with its small table and small stone benches. You can even see a hawk fly over it if you're lucky.

On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200, 1 bed 140x190). Kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine and dryer in garage. Living / dining room (TV). Bathroom with Wc.Sheets and towels included. Electric heating: package of 60 € / week. Possibility of end of stay cleaning: 100 €.
