Les Chenapans, happiness in a big chalet!

Next winter come spend a wonderful holiday in our chalet which will be perfectly renovated during the summer.
It will present from December 2019 a more modern and mountain look, decoration brought up to date and comfort greatly improved: creation among others a 4th bathroom for a parental room and its independent mountain corner for 2 children, installation of a balneo bath in the big bathroom of the top.
Be careful the photos show the old version since the work will only start in the spring!
Located in Serre-Chevalier 1400, particularly well designed to accommodate large families or groups of friends, this large, functional and very sunny chalet will enable you to enjoy the charms of the Serre-Chevalier valley: Skiing, mountaineering, mountain sports water, Monêtier baths, Restaurants, Cultural visits ....
In the evening everyone will find his occupation: billiards, table football, TV DVD in the games room / library, reading in the comfortable rooms,
 or music and aperitif by the fire in the large common room before gathering around the beautiful friendly table.
Balconies and terraces to enjoy the view and the sun.
In summer: sunbeds, lawn and barbecue will allow you to enjoy the garden.
In winter, children can make beautiful snowmen!
Everything is planned to make your life easier:
 Very well equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, 2 coffee pots, pressure cooker and big everything, 2 raclette appliances, 2 fondue ...
Laundry room with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer, drying and plenty of storage space.
6 comfortable and cozy rooms with armchairs, throws and cushions, bedding and quality bed linen, a mountain corner with bunk beds.
4 bathrooms with large shower and one with shower and spa bath for 2 people and each with a hairdryer. 3 toilets.
Folding baby bed, high chair available and a bath and a changing table, security barrier.
Bed linen, towels and house of good quality provided for rentals of one week.
Offered for rent for short stays.
Final cleaning included for weekly rentals. Offered as an option for short stays.
Wood for the fireplace provided.
Internet, phone.
Animals are welcome.
Garage with skis and bicycles.
Located 6 minutes by car from the start of the ski slopes.
A free shuttle runs near the chalet (4 minutes walk) every 20 minutes.
Many walks from the chalet are possible.
Easy parking in the street at the bottom of the cottage.
A deposit of 1500 € will be required. Payment by check to be sent 15 days before your arrival. This check will not be charged and will be returned within 15 days of your stay if all is in good condition.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Excellent chalet, great location

We were 8 adults and 8 children and had no problems fitting in. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. Only a few minutes drive from the slopes and with great views of the mountains. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. Any issues were resolved quickly as the owner lives nearby.

Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren met 13 volwassenen en hebben het heerlijk gehad. Grote keuken met 2 vaatwassers. Ruime woonkamer met grote eettafel en fijne zithoek. Skibus op 3 tot 5 minuten lopen. De bakker in het dorp bezorgde ons brood ‘s morgens vroeg tot aan de deur, ideaal.

Très beau chalet pour un grand groupe

Chenapans est un chalet qui dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour réussi à Serre Chevalier. Le chalet et les chambres sont spacieux et accueillants. Les deux salles de jeux pour les enfants et la salle de séchage sont un plus. Le contact avec la propriétaire, Mme Clamon, est agréable et correct. Recommandé pour un grand groupe d'amis et/ou des familles.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille que nous avons pu organiser grâce aux documents que notre hôtesse nous a fait parvenir à l'avance. Nous avons été bien accueillis par la conciergerie en l'absence de la propriétaire que nous avons pu joindre très facilement pour régler les détails. Le chalet est parfaitement agencé pour les groupes et très bien équipé, que ce soit la cuisine, les salles de bains ou la salle de jeux très appréciée des enfants. Un chalet de grand standing au niveau des équipements agrémentée d'une propreté irréprochable. Chalet spacieux et très fonctionnel! Les propriétaires habitent à proximité et assurent la passation des clés et la visite. Ils sont disponibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le chalet de Catherine. Super accueil, tout est clair, précis et bien documenté. Le chalet a été récemment rénonvé et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour une bonne semaine entre amis/famille. Nous reviendrons! Le chalet est grand et très bien aménagé. Rien ne manque ! Chacun y trouve sa place, jeunes et moins jeunes. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Pas en plein centre, mais assez près pour ne pas se sentir isolés... et il a fait soleil en cette dernière semaine d'aout !!!

Chalet très bien placé pour toutes les activités et très calme De plus, ce chalet refait à neuf est hyper confortable. Il a enthousiasmé petit et grand (nous étions 15 dont 9 ados). Accueil très attentionné de Mme Calmon, la propriétaire, qui nous a fourni beaucoup d'infos utiles pour notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir à l'occasion d'un nouveau séjour sur la région de Briancon

Magnifique chalet, très bien placé dans la vallée pour profiter des différentes activités estivales, où tout à été pensé parfaitement dans les moindres détails par les propriétaires.. Magnifique chalet

Chalet immense, chaleureux, bien décoré et équipé avec une très belle vue ! Très bien situé aussi à 6min en voiture des remontées mécaniques. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et disponibles. Lorsque le séjour dure moins d'une semaine, prévoir de ramener ses draps ou de payer un supplément, ainsi que pour le ménage. On était 15 amis comblés !

Super Chalet confortable, avec tous les equipements, au calme, facile d'accès (prévoir tout de même équipement spéciaux en cas de conditions neigeuses), plein sud, avec super vu sur la vallée. Commerces à 2 min en voiture. Accès aux remonté en 3 min via la navette qui est a 3 min a pied. Excellent acceuil. Nous recommandons ce logement aussi bien pour des familles que pour un groupe d'amis.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce chalet. Il est bien conçu avec des chambres à tous les étages de 2 lits évitant les grands dortoirs. Beaucoup d'équipements aussi bien dans la cuisine que le salon. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Bref, une bonne adresse à Serre-Chevalier, si vous êtes nombreux.

La raideur de la pente des 15 derniers mètres du chemin d’accès bitumé fut cependant bien vite oubliée par la découverte d’une grande terrasse et d’un immense chalet bien orientés sur un panorama plein sud. Très bien accueillis. Ménage impeccable, équipement ménager complet. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la répartition des chambres et leurs salles d’eau sur trois niveaux ce qui permet d'avoir de l'intimité à trois familles.

Logement au top pour des grandes familles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 12 personnes dans le chalet. Il est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont ouverts et disponibles. La navette à 250 m du chalet permet à chacun de s'organiser. N'hésitez pas!
