We often have folks who are relocating to San Diego, who elect to stay in our all-inclusive condo, while they settle into their new city, and figure out where they would like to ultimately live. The condo includes amenities such as high-speed internet/WiFi, HD flat screen television with YouTubeTV, BluRay player, heat, air-conditioning, hot water and a well-stocked kitchen and eating area, for those who prefer to cook or eat-in. The bedroom has a small terrace and queen-sized bed and dresser. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
NOTE: Rentals of less than three months cannot be booked earlier than 3 months in advance. Please check back in, closer to the time of your reservation for availability, as this is not a hotel, and we are unable to fill the unit on short-notice. Also, high season (June-End of September) are priced higher than the standard rate. Please be aware of this price adjustment during those months. Electricity has a $100 monthly allowance before the tenant will be charged for any overages. Customers are encouraged to purchase security deposit insurance. This condo is NOT child-proof, so particular care will be necessary if a child will be visiting.
