Featuring ample seating including 2 cushioned chaise loungers and an outdoor table with seating for 6, an outdoor kitchen with private gas grill and a picturesque backdrop, you can pop open a bottle of your favorite wine, grill up the day's fresh catch and savor a delightful dinner while the sun sets and the moon begins to glisten over the Gulf of Mexico.

Retire to one of three luxuriously appointed bedrooms and catch some quality z’s during your much-deserved getaway. With each featuring premium mattress sets, posh bedding, high thread count linens and flat screen TVs, you’re sure to indulge in some quality rest and relaxation on your coastal retreat. The master suite offers beachfront balcony access, so you can wake up and look out over the magnificent turquoise waters and soft white sands with only a few steps from your comfy king bed! The second bedroom includes another king bed while the third bedroom offers 2 full beds. Another favorite is undoubtedly the gorgeous master bath, boasting a huge soaking tub and separate frameless walk-in glass shower with seating, posh marble tile throughout, and fluffy oversize 100% cotton oversized bath towel sets, creating a tranquil spa-like ambiance perfect for pampering after a long day on the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: **Vista Del Mar allows one assigned covered parking spot and one unassigned parking spot in the surface lot on a first come/first serve basis only. No additional spaces are available.

Please note: Vista Del Mar is currently conducting an A/C replacement project and an exterior restoration project simultaneously. As a result, this is affecting the property in various ways. The A/C project is anticipated to end sometime mid to late May 2024 and the Exterior Painting project is anticipated to be complete come July 2024. Both projects are schedule permitting and the painting is at the mercy of the weather at times.
Here is what to expect:

• Closure of the gym, children's room, and indoor pool.
• Intermittent closure of the outdoor pool area when swing stages reach the amenity area. Please reach out for updates.
• Intermittent noise is expected from the A/C project in the common areas. (drilling and sawing)
• Stack by stack intermittent closures of balconies. When closed, furniture will be inside of the unit.
• Work hours will be 7am - 5pm.
