Thank you for your review, Cheryl. While we appreciate your feedback, we don’t agree that the property requires “TLC.” During your stay, the only maintenance issue identified was a single blown light bulb, which was promptly noted. We did, however, find the level of requests and communication to be well beyond what is typical for an VRBO stay. Our property is designed to provide a very comfortable, self-contained home environment with all the usual amenities. For those seeking a five-star concierge-style service, a hotel may be a more suitable option. That said, many of our guests remark that the experience here rivals - and often surpasses - top hotels. After all, where else in Sydney can six guests enjoy beautifully manicured gardens, sweeping harbour views, and top-quality beds and linen, all within a private home setting?

AMAZING!!! We had an absolutely wonderful 6 day stay at Toya’s place. The view from the bed in the main room is unforgettable. Fantastic attention to detail, super comfortable beds, gorgeous interiors with everything that you could want/need including beach towels & bag, umbrella, gorgeous toiletries and the bedding was total luxury. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Short walk to many beaches and restaurants in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s all around the world and this was certainly one of the best!

This apartment is a hidden gem! Just outside of Manly, Fairlight is as pretty as picture, a suburb that has it all. A short walk to the beach and great walking tracks and short drive to explore the northern beaches. The apartment was beautifully styled in scandi design with the latest furniture trends. Super clean with very comfy beds! With a view and hidden nooks throughout we didn't want to leave! THANK YOU!
