This home is half of a Duplex where the other side is available as well. Directly in the center of Historic Lewes Delaware and minutes to the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay, this charming Victorian Duplex is a short walk to 2nd Street's restaurants, shopping, and Lewes' Canalfront Park which features tennis and basketball courts, a fishing pier, a kayak launch and lovely views. You're one mile from Lewes Beach and the Delaware Bay and just a short ride to Lewes/Cape May Ferry, Cape Henlopen State Park and The Junction Breakwater Trail (walking and biking trail). This guesthouse is exclusively dedicated to those looking for a great place to relax with friends and family and enjoy all of what Historic Lewes and Rehoboth Beach have to offer...Schedule your next trip today. Bed linens and towels are included. This home is half of a Duplex where the other side is available as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Its location is super convenient to downtown Lewes, just a few blocks from restaurants and shops. Everything was very comfortable and it was nice having two separate living spaces (den and main living room). Great kitchens and the backyard and deck was lovely.

Very nice property, so comfy the beds and pillows. It was a pleasure to have 3bathrooms one for each bedroom. Loved the fenced in back yard the dogs had freedom and it was easy to let them out. I would rebook this in a minute. Many thanks!

The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. The garden was well designed and much enjoyed by our group on the unexpected 70F late November day. The location of the house made for easy walks around town to the grocery store, shops and restaurants, the post office, and the beach. It was the perfect "home base" for a few days in Lewes. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Great location and beautiful home. One thing to note: the third bedroom is actually a loft so has full light/noise. Other than that, a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is well equipped and close to town. We were able to relax on the deck and play with our dog in the fenced yard. We definitely want to return.

Great long weekend

The property was clean and perfect for a group looking to go to the beach and enjoy the town for the weekend. We were 2 families of varying ages who all enjoyed the deck, backyard, and cooking meals in the kitchen.

The townhome is lovely. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The only drawback is the fact that one of the three bedrooms is open to the family and kitchen area below so it is not the best place for anyone who is disturbed or woken by noise.

Great Location

This was a nice getaway with my friend and our dogs. great Yard for them! was so great to walk them, nice neighborhood and great for us to walk to dinners and shopping. Our only issue was we wished there was a rug on the stairs for the dogs.

Costal Comfort

As soon as we walked in the door we knew our stay was going to be wonderful. It looked better than the pictures listed. My family slept very well in the beds. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had privacy on the back deck. And the stores and shops were 5 mins away by walking. We will definitely return. We have been to Lewes for the last 4 yrs every summer and this is our favorite vacation yet!

Great house in Lewes

Great house with three large bedrooms. Each room had its own bathroom, which was very nice. It had a great backyard which our dog enjoyed. The location was just what we wanted--very easy to walk down into the restaurant/shop area (a few minutes), but not right in the middle of it, which might get noisy. The house was well equipped --linens, cooking utensils, TVs (although we didn't use them). Furniture was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wished Longer

Our Nashville family, plus dogs, enjoyed making this our home base as we arrived for a tournament in Fredrick, DE. Great space for three people and two dogs with more room to spare! The place was well equipped, clean, and super convenient to the lovely historic town of Lewes. The people at Lingo that we communicated with were friendly and super helpful. We will return and hope this spot is available for us!

Cozy house walkable to downtown Lewes

Great time in this three story spot, everything clean and orderly, walk to town and the canal takes 2 minutes. House has some unusual quirks from being subdivided, like the 2nd story bedroom with a 3/4 wall which we needed to monitor our kids around. Beautiful master bedroom, lovely enclosed backyard. Would return!

Lovely updated TH in the heart of Lewes

First stay in the heart of downtown Lewes didn’t disappoint. Home was beautifully updated with a very nice fenced yard and garden, and in walking distance to all that downtown Lewes offers. One observation was the lack of beach house amenities typically stocked at this price point: beach chairs, no umbrella for deck table and chairs without shade, beach towels(none available despite linen fee).

Charming home in great location

Charming beach home walking distance to shops and restaurants and easy drive to beaches and park. Very responsive property management team. Plenty of space to spread out. Of note, this is a duplex and back yard is shared. Also, one bedroom is open to the floor below. Rooms are quite light in the mornings as blinds are not room darkening. All that aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
