Having been carefully appointed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this gorgeous cottage-like property is located in a peaceful and private setting. Centrally located, this property is walking distance to the CBD, Wade Park and fabulous coffee shops and restaurants. Residence on Cemar is a sanctuary for family holidays or weekend getaways offering a beautiful garden and patio perfect for an afternoon BBQ or an evening by the fire pit.

The property was great for the four of us - a great size bedroom for each and two bathrooms - excellent. Living areas large and functional. Some additional attention to detail necessary though. Curtains/drapes in dining room - the side two drapes did not fit the middle ones, and there were large water stains on the right hand drape, obvious because of ill fitting drapes which dragged on the floor. The curtains in the loungeroom had some 'red, maybe blood stain' on back of curtain - not a good look. Cobwebs on the outside of the bathroom window. Flywire on door leading out to back of property slack and needed tightening. These may be seen as minor but they do impact on the property. Our stay was great for the reasons given, just use this as a recommendation.

Wasnt sure if it was going to be really small but turned out to be plenty of room, was a lovely place to stay close to the centre of orange and only a short drive to some wineries Very clean and comfortable! Would stay again

Great house that was exactly how it appeared, close enough to the centre of town to enjoy all orange has to offer, with short drives to all local wineries.
