Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

NESTLED AMONG TALL PINES WITH HOT TUB!

Short drive to ski resorts! This vacation rental is the perfect mountain escape. Lots of privacy and plenty of room for the whole family. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master suite has a queen bed, smart TV, bath, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, bath, and deck. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a twin bed, futon, cable TV, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax in the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.
