The Lake is up, and the views are spectacular from this recently renovated lakefront condo. This lovely tri-level condo is perfect for enjoying the 4th of July fireworks. Ideal for both families and groups, the condo stands just off the shores of the lake and has a plethora of balconies that offer sweeping views of the water and mountains beyond. Modern laminate flooring throughout, custom ceramic tile in the bathrooms, central heating, and AC in both bedrooms. Located just steps from the Village shops and restaurants.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, bath, and balcony. Third level second bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Corian kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, microwave, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Seasonal community pool and spa. Smart TVs, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie in the evening. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Make your way out the glass sliding doors to the upper deck area for a beautiful sunrise or sunset view, you can also enjoy sipping a cocktail at the outdoor dining table while you grill up some amazing food on the propane barbecue. Seasonal Community pool and hot tub. Lakehouse Retreat offers a private dock.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Great location. We were able to walk to the Village Main Street. View of Lake was amazing. Accommodation was great. Clean and comfy. Nice balconys and nice features. Loved the Kureg for coffee as I brought my cups just in case :) A/C was perfect at night. Thank you.

Great service and accomodations

BBCC gets an A+ in customer satisfaction. The support staff answered all my questions immediately and positively. I did research many lake facing condos within walking distance of The Village and the Lakehouse Retreat was a perfect choice. After that, BBCC made it easy to organize. The condo had great views of the lake, the king bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we return we will try to stay here again.

Nice but...

It was nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the lake, but the decks were so filthy, full of bird poop and spider webs, especially the upstairs balcony. It hasn't been cleaned in years! The condo was very nice though and very big! They could use an upgrade on kitchen ware, like bowls (couldn't find any), and utensils. And there was only one sofa for 3 people. They need to add another sofa or 2 living room chairs. So we thought that was odd, since it sleeps 5.

Nice place on the lake

Very nice condo on the lake. It includes a private slip which is nice if you're going to be using a boat during your stay. We were disappointed with the lack of cooking utensils, dishes, and there weren't any bbq utensils at all. We did not use the 2nd bedroom. The master was nice with a/c but the bed was rock hard! We did not sleep well the entire trip. Lastly, for a home that sleeps 7, there is a couch that sits 2. There wasn't really anywhere to relax and watch a movie unless you wanted to sit at the dining table. We did enjoy our stay overall, but I don't think we'll stay at this location again.

The location is excellent. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Big Bear Village, which is home to restaurants, bars, and shops of different flavors. The house is right by the lake with pleasant scenery. I brought my French bulldog with me this time. It is convenient for guests with pets. The room is two-story. The first floor is a large living room and a lake view balcony. The second floor is two bedrooms with showers and toilets, a laundry room, and a viewing balcony. The room is clean, bright, comfortable and warm. The room decoration matches the environment very well. This is really a paradise for vacation. The staff sent notification information in advance to inform the room situation and related information. A convenient kitchen in the room provides guests with items they need to cook. In short, everything is as perfect as I expected! Thank you very much for the patient and meticulous answers of the staff. I will choose this place for my next vacation and recommend it to my friends.
